Harry hallock biography

A standing-room-only crowd of Army Contracting Command-Warren and TACOM Lifecycle Management Command associates welcomed home one of their own when the deputy assistant secretary of the Army (procurement) came to the Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, for a visit.

Hallock conducted a town hall meeting Aug. 26 for more than 350 people.

Hallock began his contracting career in 1980 as an intern at the Detroit Arsenal. He spent 33 years at TACOM serving as the executive director of the Army Contracting Command-Warren for the last six of those years.
